Description:
Over the course of the past 20 years, QPR has gained extensive experience in the development, implementation,
deployment and support of process and performance oriented management systems, both in the private as well as
the public sector. As the consultant for our enterprise architecture services and solutions, you will give direction for
various departments in the customer organization on how they can utilize IT to meet their business goals. You will
understand the core business needs of the customer organization and finding ways of fulfilling them. As the enterprise
architecture consultant you will be a member of our experienced enterprise architecture team and work in
close co-operation with our sales force, consultants and customer service personnel.

You are a seasoned enterprise architecture professional with experience of coming up with an IT model that meets
the needs of the organization according to the strategy and goals of the organization. In this role, your key responsibilities
will be to:

• Define, design and model Enterprise and Solution Architectures for the clients
• Ensure that the technology objectives of the client’s enterprise are aligned to the business goals
• Work with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the client’s organization's strategy, processes, information,and information technology assets
• Document using multiple architectural models which show how the current and future needs of the client’sorganization will be met in an efficient, agile, and adaptable manner
• Operate across organizational units to drive common approaches and to expose information assets andprocesses across the client’s enterprise
• Serve as a subject matter expert for architectural frameworks, methods, design patterns, and tools

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a genuine interest in Enterprise Architectures. Personal characteristics include sharp
brainpower and work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and a team-oriented attitude. In addition we appreciate the following
skills and abilities:

• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture and Business Process Management challengesin organizations today and knowledge of common methodologies deployed to solve them
• Knowledge of EA methodologies like TOGAF, JHS 179 and Zachman
• Practical insight into project management
• Ability to describe and present complex technical or methodological concepts in a clear and easily understandable way
• Understanding of IT management disciplines such as e.g. IT Governance and IT Service Management as well as the possibilities IT Configuration Management
• Skills and Experience in producing designs and requirement specifications of e.g. complex systems, including requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and design configuration
• Good, written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
• Relevant education in information technology or engineering
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast paced environment
